## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use them.

## 3. Products

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and as many of our pieces are handpicked or in limited quantities, slight variations can occur. Product images are for illustration. All products are subject to availability.

## 4. Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout (see [Delivery Information]). We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

## 5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will send an order acknowledgement by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, there was a pricing error, or we are unable to obtain payment authorisation — and will refund any payment taken.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

## 7. Delivery

We deliver in accordance with our [Delivery Information]. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

## 8. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our [Returns Policy]. In addition, if you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, and receive a refund. Certain items (such as pierced jewellery, or sealed beauty/personal care items once opened) may be excluded for hygiene reasons. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

## 9. In-store purchases and events

Purchases and events at our physical shops are subject to the terms made available in store. Ticketed events may have their own terms, refund conditions and age requirements, which will be set out at the time of booking.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs and the "White Coco" name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation or security.

## 12. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from your failure to follow reasonable instructions. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites linked from the Site.
