Mila is one of the six dresses in our new "Paradise" range. Each piece is unique and designed to be worn & loved for years to come.
The soulful prints in this range are first hand-drawn by the designer before being screen-printed on to fabric. Each one starts with a theme - a place, a destination or a journey that has inspired the designer, who then starts creating a mood board from her photos, drawings and experiences. From deep diving into the place or period to the history, architecture, legends, craft and nature, she translates this vision into hand-drawn print ideas.
Mila features slightly puffed sleeves with smocked cuffs, a flattering neckline, fitted top & A-line skirt. She's made from a soft, breathable cotton cambric fabric that will keep you cool on a summer days. The vibrant artwork is inspired by the romantic nostalgia of Pondicherry's French mansions with patios covered in pink and peach bougainvillea.
